visualising regression models fitted with the 'rms' package, in
the preferred format for medical journals. The
'modelsummary_rms()' function produces concise summaries for
linear, logistic, and Cox regression models, including
automatic handling of models containing restricted cubic spline
(RCS) terms. The resulting summary dataframe can be easily
converted into publication-ready documents using the
'flextable' and 'officer' packages. The 'ggrmsMD()' function
creates clear and customizable plots ('ggplot2' objects) to
visualise RCS terms.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/rmsmd/actions/runs/37908701609</link><pubDate>Tue, 11 Nov 2025 12:27:42 GMT</pubDate><r:package>rmsMD</r:package><r:version>1.0.1</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://rmsmd.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/rmsmd/rmsmd</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>Further_details_ggrmsMD.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>Further_details_ggrmsMD.html</r:filename><r:title>Further details ggrmsMD</r:title><r:created>2025-05-22 16:04:33</r:created><r:modified>2025-06-14 10:30:41</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>Further_details_modelsummary_rms.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>Further_details_modelsummary_rms.html</r:filename><r:title>Further details modelsummary_rms</r:title><r:created>2025-05-22 16:04:33</r:created><r:modified>2025-11-10 16:36:25</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>Standard_workflow_with_restricted_cubic_splines.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>Standard_workflow_with_restricted_cubic_splines.html</r:filename><r:title>Standard workflow with restricted cubic splines</r:title><r:created>2025-05-22 16:04:33</r:created><r:modified>2025-06-16 08:16:42</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
